Usage Info

As you can probably tell by the name on the door, this site focuses mainly on options trading. We strive to educate in an entertaining fashion (sometimes it’s more like entertainment with some education thrown in).

We will occasionally write up options plays, but the main focus is on the thought process. We want to teach you to fish, not give you some fish.

When we do write up a position, we will not promise to follow up on it. 

Daily Options Report has varying relationships with different websites and services. We will do our best to disclose what we can. But we only bear responsibility for what you see on these pages. I will often direct readers to postings on other sites, but once you click off here, you are on your own.

Comments are very welcome and encouraged. Please keep them appropriate. A general guideline is much like that of a major league baseball ump. Criticize the call, or an opinion, and that’s fine. Make it personal to me or someone else on the conversation, that’s not so fine and will get deleted and the commenter banned. 

We will do our best to keep all the info as accurate as possible, but clearly we’re not perfect. Updates to posts will be so noted and time stamped if necessary.
